As Director of HR Business Partners for Digital Media, managed and led a team of Business Partners responsible for providing HR support to Adobe's largest business unit, a Two Billion-Dollar business. HR Leader to the Senior Vice President of Digital Media and his Senior Staff, comprised of 10+ Vice Presidents & General Managers, and their organizations totaling 2,000 employees worldwide.HR business support included serving all HR aspects of the Digital Media business, which included Creative Cloud, Consumer, Flash, Marketing, Product Development & Digital Publishing businesses.I effectively partnered with leaders throughout those organizations to achieve their long & short-term business objectives. I accomplished this through building trusting relationships with senior leaders and key influencers, providing counsel on organizational analysis and design, change leadership, executive coaching, talent planning for high potential employees, performance management, and roll-out of corporate HR programs. In this strategic role, I also routinely partnered with senior staff and finance leaders on decisions around future-looking strategic investments, which involved advising them on workforce planning shifts, internal placement activities, budget and resource planning, and employment law.
