As a Senior Associate, I led client and internal teams to develop innovative products, experiences and strategies that were focused around brands' end users. -Notable project: Created a Future of Dining experience strategy including conceptual designs for a leading full-service restaurant brand. Delivery included competitive research, mystery dining, surveys, 65+ end-user and stakeholder interviews, 30-person design workshop, executive-level readouts to the CIO and a heuristics assessment, ultimately surfacing over 300 pain points and opportunities across experiences-Notable project: Produced an $82M D2C eCommerce strategy, design and experience vision for a leading paint brand. Responsibilities included end-user and stakeholder interviews, organization and facilitation of design workshops, development of personas and journeys, executive-level presentations to communicate findings and creation of a future-state vision narrative and conceptual designs alongside a designer-Led the delivery of 6 experience strategy engagements, overseeing 15 strategy, design, and technology resources through project planning, strategy and execution, with work resulting in a pipeline of future revenue of $10M+ and immediate extensions of $800K+

My leadership and care for the team was showcased through my involvement and dedication to internal initiatives on top of my client work.-Notable project: Oversaw a $56M digital loyalty product release from strategy to launch across web, mobile, and contact centers for a leading global airline, leading product owners, designers, developers, and testing teams to meet timelines and prioritize functionality for go-live and beyond-Notable project: Executed a $33.3M global Customer Success Management pilot program for a technology leader, working alongside regional leads to identify and define leading practices and report performance to program leadership-Co-led the National Academy for Associates, which aimed to educate, train and inspire Associates to develop into trusted advisors. Oversaw a leadership team of 25 to develop professional development, communications and connectivity, and corporate responsibility initiatives to engage 270 Associates across 22 US markets
