The Tenants Helpdesk is the first point of call for Tenants, Contractors, Property Managers and Members of the Public and serves approximately 220 properties. Working in a team of 5 I logged maintenance faults and general enquiries received via telephone calls and emails. Each call is assigned to the appropriate contractor and I liaise with customers and contractors to ensure the recommended service level agreements are kept and expectations managed.Recent projects include IT asset Management Data Cleanse, Customer Satisfaction Survey (which I helped to create and carried out), Stationery Inventory and Audit.My duties were:• To ensure all relevant work requests received are logged correctly and timelessly, transmitted to the correct supplier, and that follow ups are conducted as appropriate.• To maintain regular and effective communication with clients and tenants, dealing with their day to day queries and chasing overdue contractors.• To build strong working relationships with internal Business Partners and Contractors to maintain an effective chain of communication.• To monitor works conducted and services provided by suppliers and contractors.• To generate reports to discover jobs that have not been resolved in their allotted SLA and chasing them when works are overdue.• To prepare reports for a variety of stakeholders, Senior Management and Facilities Managers.• To raise quotes with contractors.• To update the Helpdesk database to ensure all information is current and up to date.• To complete various administrative tasks as required, including use of systems, filing, inventory management/stationery organising.• To maintain asset register and issue IT and Telecomms equipment for Facilities Management Team.
