Much of my experience lies in my years spent in the restaurant industry where I was both a bartender and manager. I perfected my customer service smile along with my ability to manage a schedule, interpersonal workplace conflicts and inventory ordering. Restaurants teach you to always be on your toes and to be patient in all situations. From this foundation, I jumped into the IT field where I work as a professional service manager. I run a small team of engineers and service coordinators with whom I work with to create an environment that produces excellent service for our clients. I have attended the IT Nation: Evolve Conference in Denver, Colorado in June 2022, and attended a conference with them virtually this past August.In my personal life, I own two German Shepard's – Loki and Luna – and live in a house full of plants. I enjoy taking my dogs on hikes and camping with my family. I frequently attend yoga and find myself spending a lot of time in my garden.
