Inbound call environment with enquires from individuals, companies, trustees and tax practitioners in relation to taxation debts, insolvency matters and ATO legal proceedings. My role included:*Payment Arrangement negotiation*Imposition and Remission of general interest charge (GIC) and failure to lodge (FTL)penalties*Income tax, Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT), Superannuation and integrated client account (CAC) reconciliations*Issuing and removal of Garnishees, Issuing of Director Penalty Notices and s459e for company wind up.*Issuing of Bankruptcy Notices and resolution of all calls relating to Part IX and Part X agreements.*Maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to governement guidlines, policies and procedures.*Conflict resolutionI have attended court of numerous occasions in Parramatta & Sydney where wind up petitions have been lodged and cases heard.I have also attended Creditors meetings as the Commissioner of Taxation's representative where companies have been put into Administration and Liquidation.

Marketing campaigns project conducted for the Small Medium Enterprise (SME) business sector . Twelve campaigns were conducted and finalized with real results. Campaigns included* Plan, edit and write clear and concise editorial and marketing content. This content is produced in collaboration with subject matter experts , tax specialists and authors in accordance with audience needs and taxation law (including ATO Policies, Guidelines and procedures).* Outbound letters, call centre scripting, procedures update and website content produced and updated.* Editing and proofreading to meet ATO branding standards and guidelines.* Monitoring of campaigns via call centre statistics (projection v reality), increase of traffic flow to website and increased compliance.

Two month project on auditing the procedures staff use to escalate Self Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF) for non compliant legal action.*Ten high risk procedures identified , corrected and updated to internal procedures portal*Eight medium risk procedures recommended for consideration.

Self Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) Technical coach for client contact staff in a fast paced high volume call centre.

This six month project included protect scheduling and risk management impacting work load on intruding SMSF debt and lodgment compliance and contact centre from Hurstville to Parramatta.

Outbound calls to tax practitioners (tax agents and bookkeepers) regarding the outstanding of High Value Debt (over $1 million) and lodgment of Income Tax Returns, Activity Statements and FBT Returns for serious non compliant entities and individuals.Specific financial hardship and flood/drought effected client projects actioned and over 500 cases resolved with individuals, entities and tax practitioners.
