About Kelly Bowman

Prior, he was a Network Administrator for the State of New Mexico where he was part of the team who developed and maintained the State's emergency response communications network. Prior to the State of NM he lead a highly profitable institutional kitchen fulfilling the requirements of the governing Federal agency's contract. Before this he specialized in helping the New Mexican populace connect with employers while he was the Assistant Director to one of the top three Residential ReEntry Center contractors, Dismas Charities (Diersen Charities in New Mexico) for over seven years. During this time, he provided the support that allowed the center to excel and obtain the highest level of recognition, “Outstanding”, from both the corporate office and principal Federal agency involved. Before this he spearheaded the creation of an entirely new inventory control system as Lead Auditor at Tema Furniture for eight years. Prior to these endeavors he acted as the youngest Assistant Manager at Kirkland Home Furnishings for three years. He has nurtured his natural ability to perceive details in relation to inefficiencies not obvious to the casual observer. This ability is then leveraged to reduce cost through process improvement and employee training.
