Work with project participants and provide project services. Create Project documentation, coordinate project activitites and assist in helping with the budget and ensuring the vendor gets paid on time. Assists in compiling and preparing annual departmental budgets and reports, formats, types and prepares correspondence, memoranda, and legal documents, gathers information from various agencies, maintains files and records, performs special projects, financial reports and special reports and studies.Work with outside vendors to make sure the project is running smoothly, coordinate all meetings and conference calls and work closely with the PMO Manager.
