Retired from the Army in Nov 2010 after 20 years of service. I spent the last 12 of those years as a recruiter. I was responsible for recruiting qualified candidates for entry into the Army. Also served as Station Commander, Trainer, and First Sergeant in charge of 2-50 fellow recruiters. I then moved on to PB Industries a Trucking company. I am the SR Recruiting Manager for the company. We had 4 recruiters in different locations in the United States. We currently run a fleet of over 200 trucks and growing. I am now the Director of Recruiting and Retention for Unlimited Carrier. I have over 350 drivers that I work with on a daily basis to help retain and lower the overall turnover rate for the company.
