Verify calibration of all measuring equipment and load cells for low stress connections to Turbine and headers upon fit up inspection. Review of P.W.H.T charts and N.D.T reports, ensuring all weld repairs are executed. Carry out final walk down of completed piping system and all associated supports. Directly overseeing all pre pressure testing work, pre, post chemical cleaning works & final reinstatement. Implementing quality management systems, identify and control all Non Conforming product. Determined root cause and provided corrective action to prevent future failures through investigation and analysis. Ensure the proper completion of pre-project documentation i.e., ITP/WPS Approval etc. to ensure the successful kickoff of projects. Daily reporting to management regarding QA/QC related matters.
