Focus on oversea's cloud plateform

1. Managing IaaS Cloud data center setup projects or scale upgrading, both domestic and abroad, which include but not limit to lead the team went through network design and implement, deploy cloud service modules, coordinate 3rd party’s onsite support and procurement. Projects included: 6 overseas Cloud data Centers, 2 in Shanghai, 2 still in planning phase; and several cloud platform scale upgrading projects.2. Responsible for DevOps Development programs which optimize internal configuration/process/project management, ensure deliverables are well matched to the requirement from internal customer; also work closely with the engineer manager to standardize the development process to improve the communications and better delivery experience.3. Mentor & assist project managers of function departments with PM tools & skills, decomposing task, making project plan, and even work together to keep the projects on track, collecting status and revalue risk routinely, share proper communication tools internally case by case, managing project team cooperate in an effective way.4. Besides, responsible for some high level programs as company required, such as 100+ CDN service nodes setup program, Terminating cloud service which initialized with great technical risk and highly influenced by customer cooperation.

- Supervise/mentoring team coordinator's assignment depends on customer/engineer resources and task priority, real-time coordination, customer/engineer communication- Handle complex issue escalated by other coordinators- Responsible for task coordination triggered on Zabbix 24*7 monitoring- Handle escalation process following internal process- Focus internal process improvement to optimize customer delivery service- Coordinate emergency trouble shooting- Cooperate with Project manager to schedule daily engineer resources- Supervise team action plan executive process to make sure zero-risk customer service with best efficiency- Build team with positive and happy atmosphere to against high presure working environment

- Multi-handle and assign/coordinate customer request/engineers’ task- Customer oriented to manage task priority and daily engineer schedule management with PM department- Details driven to keep coordination work following internal process and improvement- Trigger Emergency process and coordinate trouble shooting /responsible for After Action Report- Communication with Internal & external team to keep daily operation and task assignment

- Responsible for China official website maintenance with global developer team- Support off-line marketing activities, such as Press Conference, Accenture Speaker training- Assistante department admin
