Leads a team of professional IT analysts and vendors in the in support of all manufacturing planning, operations, warehousing, and shop floor systems in use at the North American CNHi manufacturing plants. In charge of all new systems deployments within the region which has included 3 WMS deployments and various MES projects.Supports management teams with strategic planning for technology modernization in the area of manufacturing and understanding of new technology opportunities. Works closely with sponsors on the business case and ROI for new technology investments.

Coordinated with the commercial business units on the IT requirements related to ERP, CRM, planning tools, and business analytics. Worked on CRM project deployments in Microsoft Dynamics and well as continuing to support SAP revenue cycle needs in the region as continuation of previous role. Managed the regional commercial IT team of approximately 10 FTE.

Member of the ICT team for the delivery of Revenue Cycle processes in SAP VMS module focused on sales and distribution processes and manufacturing integration. Post project I managed the evolution maintenance demand and ehancement delivery.

SAP consultant focused on SD processes. I had various roles from developer, tech designer, business process lead, conversion lead, development lead for a variety of projects the majority of which were in the automotive and industrial equipment manufacturing industry.
