I am passionate about inspiring others as I put a large amount of time into coaching my peers with the aim of creating a positive work environment. I have recently graduated from studying a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), focused in Accounting from The University of Queensland. Growth and development of the business is always top of mind whilst providing value to both the customers and employees. I believe in comprehensive, long term focus training and empowerment of staff. I consistently hold myself at the highest standards and complete every task methodically and efficiently. I don’t believe I need to ‘reinventing the wheel’ however am always open to innovation and feedback on how to be more effective.
