Prior to opening Dunn Premier Realty & Mortgage, I spent 7 years honing my skills as a mortgage loan officer and real estate agent. During those early years, I became a seasoned business professional and learned what it takes to succeed in this challenging industry. I have excellent interpersonal, managerial and negotiating skills, having obtained my BA from Cal State Fullerton in Speech Communication with an emphasis in Organizational Communication. Based on my past success, I obtained my broker’s license and opened Dunn Premier Realty & Mortgage. My company’s main focus is providing quality service to all our clients. “It is my philosophy that honesty and communication are the keys to successful transactions. Clients should be educated in the real estate and mortgage loan processes in order to make informed decisions”. Transparency in our industry is one of the major factors that will help us to avoid another real estate crisis.
