My role as Groups Director includes:• Developing and executing a seamless on boarding process and experience for new volunteers• Compiling and maintaining accurate and up-to-date volunteer documentation• Leading volunteer appreciation team and assist in execution of all annual volunteer appreciation initiatives • Building relationships with volunteers and facilitating leadership training• Managing all volunteers under coaches’ leadership including recruitment, development, communication, and retention• Evaluating and monitoring the effectiveness of small groups and implementing strategies for improvement as necessaryAs the UpStreet Social Media Account Manager, I've supported the social media and marketing team by: • Creating a social media presence to increase brand awareness for UpStreet at a local level • Scheduling all content for UpStreet Instagram account using Sprout Social • Brainstorming and attending meetings to assist with strategy and provide creative ideas

• Manage the recruitment, training and development of coordinator/intern staff• Manage coordinator calendar and send reminders• Schedule all coordinator meetings and reserve rooms at Roam • Maintain same-day response to all emails, calls, and new member registrations• Serve as liaison between families, sitters, and coordinator staff • Coordinate all communications projects including sitter coordinator manual, marketing campaigns for social media posts, and print promotional materials
