I've been working in the field of Suicide Prevention for the past 5 years. I initially started as an administrative assistant to the Statewide Suicide Prevention Coordinator for WY. Through that introduction into prevention work, I have gained trainer status in Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) gatekeeper training, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) suicide intervention training, and have become a statewide coordinator for Crisis Intervention Team training (CIT) specifically for Law Enforcement / First Responders for Wyoming and Montana.I enjoy hanging out with my husband, kids, and grandchildren (of which I proudly have 18). I love the outdoors, crochet, music and wood work. I also love watching movies with my family and friends and I am deeply committed to helping others in mental crisis, to help them find happiness in their lives.
