About Kelly Williamson

Employee Engagement in the federal workforce is a problem. But it doesn't have to be! As the federal HR community continues to modernize, HR leaders and practitioners have the opportunity to drive a major cultural shift towards a more connected, engaged, tech-savvy workforce. I'm working to influence that shift. I believe work can and should be fun, even in the federal government. COVID-19 forced large-scale, unexpected changes to the way the government works, accelerating mass telework and software upgrades. Changes in HR are happening faster than our current systems can keep up. Without an engaged workforce, HR modernization doesn't stand a chance, and if HR fails, everything else follows. On top of my traditional HR duties of classifying job descriptions, I've made it my personal mission to positively affect federal employee engagement from the front lines. Serving your country and loving your job should go hand in hand. https://www.workgrades.com/profile/yPpnCoMNiefbBZg9j
