Dr. Glick is a people-oriented, results-focused leader with 29 years of experience as a high school science teacher, school counselor, and middle and high school administrator. In addition to experience in rural, suburban, and urban school districts, Glick is a licensed Superintendent and Administrative Specialist in Curriculum Instruction and Professional Development. Glick has presented at more than 50 regional, state, and national conferences on topics which include emotional intelligence and Trauma-Informed Care (TIC). Additionally, she coordinated 41 Challenge Day programs, over 11 years, inspiring 4100 high school students to cultivate caring relationships, inclusivity, and resiliency. Her doctoral dissertation on the outcomes of TIC training was published in 2017. Dr. Glick currently serves as a Secondary Special Education Coordinator in Findlay City Schools.
