I am delighted to have joined Fox and its Department of Human Resource Management as a professor. I am primarily teaching undergraduate students, opening their eyes to the importance of people in organizational success. I am also the Director of the Master of Science in Human Resource Management program. This is an innovative, online curriculum delivered by skilled professional faculty members on a state-of-the-art technological platform. The classes reinforce the role of HRM as a key component of organization success and arms graduates with the knowledge and skills they need to influence that success.

Undergraduate and graduate instruction in Human Resources Management. My primary course is selection which is a critical topic for all managers. What's fascinating for me is the upcoming changes to the selection landscape. No longer is a "traditional" employment relationship the only option to working with others. In fact, it may become the least likely option as co-employment becomes a more viable staffing solution. My favorite teaching evaluation was, "This is not HR." Perhaps it's not the HR of the past, but it certainly is the HR of the future.

Primarily undergraduate instruction in organizational behavior, human resources management and compensation. One of my favorite courses was the IMPACT Forum which uses GT's Institute for Leadership & Entrepreneurship's Speakers series as input to student analysis of the "what and how" of personal impact.
