I am passionate about life and those in it. Not much to tell really about me really. I turned 40 in January this year, I know I know – I look so much younger in reality (you'll just have to take my word for it...!) and after taking stock of my life, following ill health retirement due to a number of conditions, I decided to expand my hobby into a business and do something worthwhile. Well I make that many cards anyway that I have enough for a lifetime if they don't sell!I only started last November, as an aside really to my passion for jewellery making (many moons ago I had a little market stall where I used to make and sell jewellery) and writing verses, something a few good friends of mine encouraged me to do, and now I have a fully kitted out crafty den which I am rapidly outgrowing! Craft wise that is! I originally made the cards around the earrings, just to make the gift a little more special, and soon found I absolutely loved the card making just as much, if not more. And here we are.An important part of what I offer for me is the donations to charity. I have chosen 3, which all mean something to me, and it's just great I can give something back at the same time as doing what I enjoy. I find it so relaxing which is essential with my conditions (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) and just one of the ways I cope and it's great to be able to do something, relatively independently, from home, despite the challenges and medication :)
