I started with Phones 4u as a sales consultant in 2010 I was quickly identified by the company talent coach to having outstanding sales potential and was promoted to a sales floor controller, I spent 3 months in this position before being promoted again and given my first store. The store was ranked in the bottom 10% of over 600 UK stores and 43rd out of 48 in the region.Awarded Company National incentive after establishing successful teams through regular coaching, 121 performance appraisal & bespoke development and the store moving from the bottom 10% of the company into the top 10.Over achieved on new business volume targets by 11% year on year by successfully leading teams of up to 16 including Assistant managers, Sales Floor Controllers, Administrators and Consultants, motivating through weekly and monthly Reviews team meetings and daily trading briefs.Nominated as Regional Recruitment Champion by significantly improving absence results and turnover, reducing labour turnover from 30% in 2012 to 0 in 2014. Advise consumers on how to use specific phones to enable GPRS modems to connect their PCs, laptops or Handheld devices. PDAs and mobile phones for additional services i.e. e-mail and or multimedia services and other connectivity tools. Troubleshoot consumers account services as well as their devices for network or actual device faults to ascertain whether we can rectify the problem or if need be to send it for repairs. Test soon to be released products for bugs or manufacturing faults to avoid product recalls etc or simply for compatibility references for existing products. Screening specific products seeing if it would be positive for the company to sell them in the current market.
