As the design lead for the Global Marketing team, I engage in both conceptual and tactical work across multiple channels, delivering creative solutions in support of business, Marketing and end user goals. I collaborate with Content, Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams to tell the Fyber story in a meaningful way, while setting brand standards and driving brand excellence across all print and digital touch points.My role involves managing, art direction and professional growth of design team members; leading and managing web projects with our Development team; and project management of all design jobs company-wide. Key project: leading a successful company rebrand that unified four companies under one visual language – working with a brand agency to deliver final visual assets and managing our internal team to implement the rebrand across all materials globally. This includes all company and sales collateral, sales presentations, office branding, newsletters and the website.

Senior member of the Creative Services team. Worked closely with clients on projects that forwarded both the mission of the Lab and each client’s individual area of research. Projects ranged from branding development and implementation to annual reports, brochures, and websites. My role included estimating and proposals, project management, concept and design, presentation, and final documentation of projects (including writing style guides for applicable print and web projects).

Collaborated with designers, production team, client services reps to produce extensive brand guidelines, web guidelines, and interim signage guidelines for a new brand launch.

Participated in all levels of production including copywriting, proofing, creating mock-ups and preparing files for press. Developed and implemented a departmental system for file naming conventions, job status transparency and archiving. Collaborated with Visual Merchandising team to illustrate concepts for fixtures and live windows.
