As a HR Adviser I provide pragmatic, commercial, legally compliant and solution orientated HR advice and guidance. Coaching line managers to manage and resolve Employee Relations issues with their teams consistently, in compliance with policy and procedures and taking into account the context of the line manager’s business area.Key Responsibilities:To provide consistent HR guidance, relevant to business area covering all employment areas, including Discipline, Grievance, Capability and Performance issues.To coach and support managers through cases, including how to handle the difficult conversations. To provide advice in line with client-specific service level agreements and business rules. This will include reviewing and tailoring supporting documents where appropriate.To capture and track all advice provided on the call management system to ensure effective and proactive case management and accurate client MI reporting.To probe line managers to gain all case facts and provide structured and considered HR guidance, analysing risk and escalating cases where appropriate, in line with agreed Business Rules.
