I lead a strong Strategy team driving AVEVA's simultaneous SaaS, cloud and subscription transformations, accelerating its goal to be the leading industrial automation software company in the world. I am responsible for AVEVA's Strategic Planning process and deliverables; deep-dive Market, Competitive and Industry analyses for use by senior and executive leadership; corporate risk planning and tracking; and evaluation of market opportunities for AVEVA.

My responsibilities include marketing support for Schneider Electric's software division services teams and industry-specific software offerings. My marketing duties include development of customer-facing collateral and content (including the website); sales channel support tools; market and pricing analyses; operations system configuration; and product release launches. I also have significant responsibility for designing and executing internal (sales) and external (customer-facing) events, one each, per year.

I was responsible for providing customer-facing marketing support and internal sales support for a number of advanced applications, including quality, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and others. Also supported product managers in the continued development of Invensys' quality-based software offerings.

After spinning off a statistically-based software application from Wonderware -- and working as a close partner with Wonderware and its channels - I led SuperQ, developing strategy and executing new releases and the Go-to-Market plans against the strategy. SuperQ Software had both onshore and off-shore teams working on new product releases. I worked in most capacities, from executive leadership, to sales and marketing, to software development and testing. I ran this small and profitable software company until I happily accepted an acquisition offer from Invensys (now Schneider Electric). I and my core team joined Invensys at that time.

I was recruited by Wonderware executives to lead the development of their quality software offering strategy and roadmap. This included spearheading the acquisition of SPSS' QI Analyst product, a Statistical Process Control (SPC) software application.

I was responsible for manufacturing support of ComStream's satellite-frequency communications modems & equipment. I was promoted to head the Quality, Reliability, Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Test Engineering teams. I also earned Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) credentials through the American Society for Quality (ASQ).

In addition to performing technical failure analysis, supported the DSS & MMDS (satellite communications) program launch teams.
