I am responsible for knowing our numbers and making sure we hit our daily goals. Throughout the day I work with leadership running reports and helping with the operations of the ship dock in order to fulfill customer needs while ensuring that employees are safely and efficiently working and making their required rate. Coaching the employees and helping them navigate their workday is a passion of mine. It is very important to be proactive in my planning for the day because Amazon is a 24 hour business without any time to play catch up. Therefore I constantly am working with people all over the country to make my hourly plan hit the companies needs.
