Internship within the Hotel Reception Area, responding to the lead manager and facing customers on daily basis. Interacting and liaising contact between customers and relevant departments in the complaints area.

Appointed Peer Mentor for first year students in order to make their transition from A-Level to Combined Honours smooth. Maintaining contact throughout the year with small group of students, I held many meetings to advise them on any problems they had, liaising with University staff as well.

Completed a range of tasks and insight days throughout the year, helping on a range of tasks that equates to 70 hours of work experience. Includes Nissan Consultancy projects and presentations and insight days to major businesses in London. Visited and participated in career insight days with Accenture and World First - talking to senior recruiters on how they recruit for graduate candidates and how they maintain professionalism within their companies
