Support Sales Managers on individual opportunities, responsible for continued development and refinement of the sales process including sales support infrastructure, prospecting database tools and sales force automation.Specific job duties include, but are not limited to:• Data management of all team reporting, including pipeline, wins, losses.• Reporting collation, including daily, weekly, and quarterly reporting to the Business and Senior Management• Market and prospect research• Management of pricing process, including FTE request, creation of pro formas and fee proposals• Presentations and supporting materials (etc., briefing memos, agendas)• Meeting recaps and call reports• Client Onsite Visits, including logistical planning and day-of support• Mass Marketing via Exact Target and mailings• Ad hoc travel duties, including reservations, conference registrations, expenses• Ad hoc marketing requests (i.e., business letters, thank you cards)• Special project assignments to aid in territory management and improvement of sales process, as determined by Sales Team Management.

• Team Lead for team of 10 marketing support specialists• Responsible for interviewing, new hire on-boarding and training • Manage workflow - review and assign all incoming proposals• Provide reporting and metrics analysis on a regular and ad hoc basis• Research and prepare proposal responses for various business units including Institutional Investors, Global Fund Services, Hedge Fund Services• Liaise with respective business units (e.g. Operations / Product / Investments / Relationship Managers) to complete proposal and related documents• Ensure proposal documents are taken to completion under required deadlines• Develop and edit sales support materials specific to institutional trust products and services including presentation books and custom brochures using PowerPoint• Manage expenses for Sales Representatives through Concur• Create ExactTarget mailing requests
