Kelly Marschall is a principal and Client Services Manager at Social Entrepreneurs Inc. Kelly came to SEI in 1998 and has over 23 years of professional experience, 13 of which involve providing direct consulting services to public and private organizations. Since 1999, Kelly has coordinated numerous projects including serving as the coordinator of the Continuum of Care Strategy for the Homeless in Reno, Sparks and Washoe County, project lead for the First 5 San Bernardino Capacity Building Academy, lead facilitator for the Governor's Opioid Conference (2016, 2019), project manager for Nevada Crisis Response System Implementation Plan, project lead for the Washoe Crisis Response System, and the Behavioral Health and Criminal Justice Summit. She has worked on a myriad of systems issues impacting people across the life span. She has exemplary strategic planning and facilitation skills and has facilitated a convening of international oral health professionals, several statewide university and association planning efforts, and over 50 local strategic plans in a variety of environments and topic areas including aging services, health, housing, technology, universal preschool, hunger, legal needs, and community wide planning.
