Currently serving as the UH-1H II lead pilot for Dycorp International in Kandahar, Afghanistan. Responsibilities include managing the daily operations of 10 Pilots, 6 Gunners and 4 Search and Rescue Medics, scheduling training and operational missions for customer support and working closely with the DEA to provide tactical mission support and gunship cover for counter-narcotics missions.

UH-1H II Pilot

In country manager for Pilots and Gunners in support on the Afghan Air Interdiction Unit responsible for training the Afghan Pilots and Gunners to conduct counter narcotics missions.

Served as an Instructor Pilot and Maintenance Test Pilot on the MI-17 for DynCorp International, International Preparedness Associates and Northrup Grumman in Kabul, Afghanistan. Responsibilities included training the Afghan Police in all aspects of Aviation Operations and conducting counter-narcotics tactical operations with the DEA and special operations forces from the US, Australia and the UK.

Managed all aspects of the Army’s UH-60 Maintenance Test Pilot Course, including course operations, academic and flight scheduling, instructor pilot training, status reporting, course upgrades, and the qualification of approximately 16 new maintenance test pilots and maintenance test pilot examiners annually. Giebelstadt, Germany/Deployed to OIF1 and OEF6 Lauded for ability to manage an 1100 hour per month flying program under combat conditions; this enabled the battalion to complete all required utility aviation support for the Combined Joint Task Force-7 (CJTF-7), attaining a previously unachieved level of excellence.
