It is truly a "House of Wellness" because it is all encompassing. We help you activate your best life with intentional training and movement (spin, yoga, sculpt), a supportive community, and a lifestyle that can transform your mind, body and spirit. In my role at Activate House I completed the following:• Assisted in the successful opening of the first Wellness House in San Diego, CA. • Designed and facilitated new employee onboarding and positional training for 40 employees. • Conducted instructor needs assessments to evaluate the efficacy of each class and Activate Member engagement.

Greater San Diego Area

• Designed and implemented a successful training and development program in Western US and Hawaii, recognized as Training Magazines Top 15 Training Programs. • Analyzed individuals’ overall progress and results by monitoring learning paths, metrics, and measurement of goals while communicating recommendations with leadership.• Oversaw continuous education program by communicating to financial representatives, supporting progress, and celebrating achievements.

Greater San Diego Area

• Coached 25 new financial representatives to effectively use their time to develop clientele, achieve measurable goals, and build a successful integrated financial security practice.• Supported financial representatives in all aspects of sales, operations, and marketing. • Supported sales team with case preparation and follow through via the underwriting process.

Los Angeles

• Implemented differentiated classroom curriculums for gifted, average, and low performing students. • Designed and executed extracurricular educational programs for students lacking parental participation.• Served on fundraising committees to help sustain charter school funds in the amount of $75,000 in order to ensure students received quality education in art, music, physical education, and technology.
