As a member of the employment law team I have experience of a wide range of matters including litigation, corporate transactions. However, my main focus is providing employment law and HR advice to our clients as part of the HR Express and HR Consultancy services. As part of these services I advise clients on a wide range of matters including disciplinary processes, grievances procedures, conflict management, dispute resolution, performance management, employee relations, staff development, resourcing and talent planning and discrimination issues. I assist clients in developing learning and development programmes and provide training both in house and at our offices on a range of employment law and HR issues. I am a qualified solicitor and an associate member of the CIPD having completed my level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management.
