I promote brand awareness through multiple social media platforms, I also create brand awareness and product demand resulting in new account generation in my assigned territory and nationally.

My Primary Role with SERVPRO; Promote and sell franchise services in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Grow and develop customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and to routinely contact and follow up with customers. Conduct contact calls to build relationships and educate the customer on why SERVPRO is the premier cleaning and restoration company. Utilize the quarterly Marketing plans to market SERVPRO services and to sell the benefits. Provide and communicate clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates. Monitor and follow-up on all assigned jobs ensuring that customer needs are met.•Communicate service and company culture with every face-to-face and business to business meeting. •Maintain past client relationships and developing new client relationships with daily outside sales calls. •Identify and resolve client questions or concerns. •Maintain Sales Materials, current service knowledge and social media outlets. •Event Planning & Execution (i.e. Trade Show Booths, Golf Tournaments and continuing education courses) •Participate in community service associations and local business associations and events to maximize sales and customer potential while building a relationship with the community
