• Phone based - Duties included assisting customers with tracking deliveries, collecting & replacing broken or damaged items, processing refunds & dealing with customer complaints. • Customer focused role, excellent communication skills needed. • Argos required someone who was patient, who could deal with external agents. Target driven role, which helped me progress and expand on my knowledge.

• Duties included helping customers with shopping, handling money and dealing with complaints. • Customer service desk role - Help with queries customers presented and offer appropriate solutions. • The role required a responsible and trustworthy person who had product knowledge and someone who could understand customer needs.
