Over the expansion of 15 years of client relations, sales and marketing, it has expanded my customers service skills at its highest peaks. I have strengthened my background experience that has created a strong foundation and that has prepared me in continuing my Real Estate journey but along the side, I focus heavily on marketing tactics and marketing strategies, which have always been my expertise. I come from a dynamic background that’s filled with culture and company beliefs and I am huge on being a team player and collaborating. I'm ready to take on whatever challenges that come my way. I continue to thrive and gravitate toward adding continuing educations knowledge, and experiences to my portfolio.Overall. I moved to the San Francisco, Bay Area in June 2018 to help run my family business on the operation side of things. Decided by the Fall of that same year to get back to Property Management/Real Estate, that my goal was to continue my path in Real Estate. The goals have never left in what my journey is destined to do. Fun Facts: In 2018, I has a mini Airbnb business during the Super Bowl in February 2017 managing nearly 25 properties. I was helping clients rent up their homes for Super Bowl and a substantial booking price. I was in charge of all the operations, contracts, marketing, and sales development.Because of my experiences and my mini-project, I was inspired to almost open my own property management business in Chicago, IL, under the belt of my business partner that the time that has his real estate brokerage license, and a few leads that were willing to invest. With that being said, the sky is the limit. I'm a risk-taker when the right opportunities present themselves. I’ve helped 5 major large retreats/workshops that were close to 5,000 people with the funding of the city and state fundraising. Lastly, I almost tried to open my own property management business twice. We live in a world that we seek, we breathe, we long for a purpose of redefining ourselves over and over again, to believe and be inspired. Never stop learning, and adding value to your life.
