Currently, I’m the senior vice president of sales, customer engagement and industry relations, managing a team of more than 100 sales professionals to increase revenue and market share in priority segments across Hilton’s portfolio of more than 4,300 properties. I work closely with key customer accounts and Hilton’s senior management to ensure that global and hotel sales efforts are working in harmony.During my almost 25 years at Hilton, my career has progressed through multiple sales divisions across the company – in fact, my first job was at the Hilton Chicago and Towers as part of Hilton’s Professional Development Program – both at the property and corporate level. This has armed me with a deep understanding of our entire sales organization from the top-down and ensures I’m able to collaborate strategically with our customers and Team Members across the enterprise. Most recently, as the vice president of Leisure and Business Travel Sales, I oversaw a $5 billion revenue budget and led the company’s strategy against the leisure, corporate transient and airline industry markets in The Americas. At Hilton, we’re constantly reevaluating and upgrading our tools and resources to ensure we’re equipped to recommend the customized solutions that best fit the needs of our customers.
