I lead internal and external teams to execute social purpose real estate development projects and master plans with various complexities and sizes throughout the development process for non-profit societies, indigenous governments and groups, and Canadian governments. Project sizes range from thousands of units for urban master planning projects to women's housing projects in remote communities throughout British Columbia.Duties include land economics, land and funding origination, acquisition, due diligence, budget, schedule, corporate strategy planning and governance, change management, consultant management, funding negotiation with governments and the private sector, guiding strategic planning with clients, contract negotiation, risk management, staff management, portfolio and asset management, as well as liaison with stakeholders, contractors, levels of government, and other important networking opportunities. Presentations to clients’ boards of directors, local governments’ Council and Mayors, internal staff, and conferences. I assist TSPRE's sister company, Lu'ma Development Management, to help indigenous communities with economic improvement by generating social revenues via land and economic development.

The Tofino Housing Corporation is a municipal housing authority owned in full by the District of Tofino. Our mission is to facilitate the development and operation of below-market housing in Tofino. The role reports to the THC board of directors, the District of Tofino Council and Mayor, and the Tofino community.

ANHBC is the network of eight neighbourhood houses and an outdoor centre (individual non-profit organizations), through which we operate more than 500 community-based programs and services for a diversity of participants. Together with the communities, we build strong and supportive relationships at welcoming and inclusive sites throughout Metro Vancouver.

The Urban Development Institute is a non-profit association of the development industry and its related professions that is non-partisan in its activities. The Women of UDI Committee, whose mission is to connect women, broaden their UDI professional network, and increase opportunities for them to learn from one another in the real estate development industry, facilitates the Women of Urban Development Institute. As the Education and Network Committee, we advocate and create programs for elevating women in the industry through education series, such as public speaking, and other initiatives to help more women be equipped in the real estate development industry.

Since 1970, Charlford House has provided a supportive treatment facility for women who are ready to move on from their substance addiction.Charlford House is a non-profit rehab residence, not an institution. All of our empathetic program staff have had personal experience with addiction, but have been clean and sober for a long time. They have all had formal education and training that equips them to help others on the path to recovery.The women who come to our facility are embarking on a journey to recovery, needing the safe and structured support of professional staff and peers. For this reason, we are situated in a family-oriented neighbourhood in Burnaby, British Columbia.

Venture Infuse Inc. is a strategic planning consultation company and real estate developer that provides branding, real estate, and corporation strategic planning advisory and implementation. As the founder and Chief Executive Officer, I developed and strategized mixed-use market and social purpose development and renovation projects, using my skills as a social impact developer and strategist to solve problems and guide real estate and corporate strategies globally. I guide various business strategies, such as real estate development, land sourcing, change management, strategic planning, and operations, to optimize value through land development and local workforce management to support sustainable community goals. I provide change management to help clients remain focused on their crucial missions in a complicated setting.

I found a non-profit organization that empowers women to be who they want to be through outdoor activities. An online platform with social media and a website grew rapidly with donations and volunteer writers to power the organization's operations. In the first two years of the organization's founding, over 8,000 members and more than 15 volunteers shared the mission and the community. In Mandarin, Surf Mei Mei (SMM) translates to "surf sisters." Surf sisters all over the globe come together as a family. empowering each other to be whoever they want to be by sharing experiences with outdoor activities like surfing and encouraging them to reject stories about being "not enough" or having a "fear of success." The community-like organization connects women worldwide with all adventure-related content, including stories, products, retreats, and individuals.
