Current•Assist in creation, updating, implementing SOP's, applications, program forms, handbooks for program stakeholders, job aids for staff training•Matching program participants with internal and external partners for on the job training in their field of interest.•Plan, organize, facilitate, on-boarding for new temp/full-time employees, new business partners, and new program participants•Manager program application submissions, interviewing, and job placements process•Responsible for planning, creation, organization, and distribution of program materials• Identify, plan, create, and implement employment training opportunities•Auditing records to ensure Federal grant compliance•Analyze, evaluate, and take proactive steps to overcome program risks•Managed up to 300+ youth employees•Developed, designed, and maintained database to efficiently and effectively maintain records for our 300+ youth employees and 150+ internal and external business partnerships•Managed budget for program, consisting of Federal and Tribal government dollars, totaling over two-million dollars•Ensure goals and deadlines are met in areas including citizen satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance
