After graduating from the Clark Honors College at the University of Oregon, I was first introduced to the importance of IT solutions and data management to better understand user behavior at Peak Performance Physical Therapy. Within this position, I was responsible for several different modalities, or techniques, used to better the patient's physical health and well-being. Outside of patient care, I supervised clinical inventory, worked as a front desk receptionist when needed, and managed patient prescriptions and Medicare regulations. To better understand how a business should use technology effectively while providing easy solutions for their users, I pursued a graduate level program at the University of Portland in Portland, OR. After graduating with my Master in Business Administration degree with a focus in Operations, Technology, & Management I moved back to my hometown of Bend, OR in search for a job that blended my interest in technology and data management with a passion for simple business solutions. Two short weeks after graduation I accepted a job at Merkle as a Search Engine Optimization Specialist. Merkle thrives on their expertise in technical SEO solutions and intricate client relationship services. Throughout my time as a specialist, I actively worked within a small team structure to better understand how users search online and how to make sure our clients are top of mind within the search engine results page. With Merkle Media integrating into dentsu SEO scaled services in 2024, we have a larger collaborative effort on expanding search opportunities for our clients. In my role as a director, I continue to provide clients with the latest insights in the search industry and recommendations for how a website should be technically sound and optimized for the user experience. Outside of work, I'm usually found renovating our ranch-style home or exploring all the natural wonders Central Oregon has to offer.
