I had a rewarding 27 year career at Delta Air Lines, Inc. I held positions of increasing responsibilities throughout my career. I held positions in Operations, Air Logistics ( including HAZMAT certified), and Fueling. As a Conflict resolution Representative, I was able to help in many difficult employee situations. I worked on TDY in many capacities including setting up and opening Delta Cargo in JFK , New York. I was a founding member of the Delta Care Team assisting families and survivors of catastrophic aviation accidents and was deployed multiple times following incidents with fatalities.Safety, customer service, time restraints,federal regulations, weather and mechanical issues and crew scheduling, often forced a very challenging situation creating an environment I thrived in!I wore many hats at Delta and had very considerable responsibilities working with multi-million dollar aircraft. I held US Customs and Department of the Treasury Security clearance and routinely worked in a Federal inspection area. I'm a self-starting, on-time Professional who values the team approach. Adaptability and resourcefulness are attributes I embody. I honor and value the diverse contributions of every team member and love a challenge.
