With a background in IT Operations, beginning my career with CSC Australia in 1998 and gaining the majority of my Operations experience at Fujitsu Australia, I then moved into the Data Centre team at Bankwest in 2008, finishing up in 2018 and starting my current role within BHP Network Security & Facilities team, focusing on Data Centre & Technology facility management. I have developed a broad understanding of IT from a physical perspective. Planning, coordinating and implementing infrastructure installations, upgrade & migration activities to name a few. Working with numerous stakeholders internal & external. Requirement gathering, analysing, coordinating resources, physical infrastructure procurement, Change management activities, risk mitigation & safety strategies, troubleshooting incidents & Data centre support across Numerous sites. I have trained in Information Technology, Sharepoint Administration, Project Management, ITIL, Data Centre Design and Efficiency.
