Kelly oversees B&A’s Service Delivery organization in addition to its Talent and Process & Compliance functions. Kelly develops and implements strategic plans and ensures operations are aligned to corporate goals and that they are efficient, effective, and compliant. Kelly is the integration point between Service Delivery and the Accounting, Contracts, and HR Departments facilitating operational excellence across the organization. She also plays a key role in proposal development.
