Kelly oversees B&A’s Service Delivery organization in addition to its Talent and Process & Compliance functions. She is responsible for overall contract profitability and providing leadership and direction so that project teams are staffed, motivated, and engaged to deliver customer satisfaction. Kelly develops and implements strategic plans and ensures operations are aligned to corporate goals and that they are efficient, effective, and compliant. Kelly is responsible for implementation of large-scale projects, including ISO certifications and CMMI appraisals, and aligning the company’s talent strategy with B&A’s corporate vision, values, and culture. Kelly is the integration point between Service Delivery and the Accounting, Contracts, and HR Departments facilitating operational excellence across the organization. She also plays a key role in proposal development.

Managed project finances and executed Project Management Office (PMO) functions for a multi-million dollar contract. Developed, planned, and executed the transition from an implementation team to a new, scaled down Operations & Maintenance team.
