I started my career in 1989 as a degreed Paralegal working for a top law firm in Baltimore, MD. As all good wives do I followed my husband to further his career field to a small town in Michigan where the concept of Paralegal was way before it's time. We resided in Michigan for three years before relocating to Atlanta.Fifty resumes later, and no interviews, I started comtemplating what my future would hold and what I could do for a career that would fulfill all of the reasons I had become a Paralegal.My goal in life was to find a career where I could care for people, protect and defend them against those looking to take advantage!!! So in 1993 I received my Real Estate License passing the State Exam my first sitting. In 1996 I accepted a position as a licensed assistant for a very seasoned and respected East Cobb agent . One may get their Real Estate license but implementing what you learned, protecting and caring for folks through a real estate transaction are two separate animals!! I say I received my Real Estate License but I graduated from the University of Melody Unger.Melody taught me all that I know about representing my clients zealously, providing over the top service, protecting my clients through out the entire Real Estate process and cementing life time relationships that produce a referral business that I am grateful for each and every day.A little bit about me personally... I have been married to my fabulous husband for 30 awesome years. Together we enjoy many outdoor activities: boating, camping including attending several Nascar events annually, motorcycling, cooking out and entertaining our many friends and family members at our lake club.We are also involved in many charitable organizations. Last year we were very excited to be invited to be on a team to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and to attend the annual Man/Women of the Year Gala where we met children battling and winning their fight with this vicious disease!!! So very inspiring. We look forward to continuing our support of this great organization. Over the years we have also been involved in animal rescue, providing meals for our local homeless shelters, and supporting charitable causes that help both children and the elderly communities.I am a big hearted, caring, service over the top personality which spills over into my Real Estate Career.
