*Increased philanthropy by 260% since 2015.*By focusing on donor relationships, stewardship, and support, I have realized a 72% increase in donors.*Initiated with community leaders a strategy to create a Leadership Giving Circle to attract and retain individual donors at $1000 and more resulting in a 412% increase. *Identified and engaged corporations in investing in Girl Scouting, resulting in a growth of 91% in corporate participation. *Engaged multiple organizations to grow program and membership throughout northwest Ohio.*Identified and created opportunities to increase the visibility of Girl Scouting to grow membership and philanthropic support. *Recruited and led volunteers to support philanthropic growth for Girl Scouts of Western Ohio. *Gave leadership to donor engagement and stewardship initiatives to increase donor retention across the council. *Participated in strategic, long range planning to guide the council's growth and development of programmatic opportunities to engage and support girls across the council.

I am responsible for cultivating donors, identifying and soliciting for major gift opportunities to grow important revenue for Defiance College.Since I began at Defiance I have been cultivating major gifts for support in: Music, Digital Forensic Science, 2D/3D Design, English, Business, Service Leaders, ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) Affinity Program, and Athletics. In the calendar year of 2015 I conducted 150 visits (141 being discovery and relationship building). I realized a 78% success rate in asks for major gifts totaling $56,000. All of those gifts came from donors who had not previously made a major gift to the college. As a result of contacts, annual giving from donors grew by $18,851 for a 56% increase.

Closed a successful capital campaign that raised $1.1million. In the initial two years of the annual campaign I raised over $200,000.Utilized strategic development to create engagement events and a society of philanthropists to bring new donors to The Ability Center. Generated over $60,000 in new revenue through a digital fundraising plan and direct mail campaign.

Initiated the major gifts department at WGTE resulting in over $922,000 NEW dollars to the station over a 4 year period. Coordinate the annual giving for donors at the Benefactor Circle level resulting in approximately $500,000 a year from annual gifts.Initiate meetings and events with current members of the station on a regular basis to raise more revenue for the station. Recruit and coordinate volunteer support for pledge drives held several times a year for both WGTE TV and WGTE FM91.

Responsible for the fundraising, marketing, special events, and budget management.

Responsible for organizing Cub Scout Packs, Boy Scout Troops, coordination programs and activities, recruiting volunteers and members. I also had a fundraising goal in the annual Friends of Scouting campaign and popcorn sale.
