Kelly Wang is the Chief Financial Officer of Kinofy Group. Finance & Accounting, HR & Administration and Internal control & Compliance department are reporting to her.Prior to joining Kinofy team, Kelly served as Head of Operation Review, Investor Affairs and Internal Auditor of Kino Biotech Co., Ltd (listing company in Taiwan) from 2010 to 2017. Kelly joined Kino biotech Co., Ltd for IPO Project and have successfully help Kino biotech to be listed in Taipei Exchange in one year.With over 12 years finance and audit experience, Kelly leaded, planed, developed, implemented, monitored, and reviewed financial and operational audit programs and provides strategic direction and assistance to the management team to improve internal control efficiency, and ensure compliance with company laws, regulations and applicable company policies, and reduced risk by presenting valuable audit findings. In addition, she is familiarity with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and China Accounting policy. Kelly also handled Stockholders Service and Investor Relationship department and Taiwan e-commerce department during serving in Kino Group. Prior to Kino Group, Kelly served various positions in Finance and Internal Control field. She has served in KPMG, Venture Capital, and Winbond Electronics Corp. Kelly Wang graduated from Tam Kang University in Taiwan with a degree in Business Administration. And received her MBA degree from University of IOWA.She is also a National Certified Internal Auditor.
