While my career started as a software developer, I learned my passion and strength is in building and leading multi-functional teams to create and support technology offerings through innovation and collaboration. I have held a variety of technology focused positions in areas including business analysis, testing, data integration, application development, claims system migrations, new product development and more, giving me a strong understanding of the needs and challenges in technology organizations. In my personal work, I am very detail oriented, focus on action and have a passion for collecting and leveraging data to tell a story.
