I work with UnitedHealth Group’s Medicare business, focusing on systems and sales processes to serve Medicare-eligible members and prospects seeking healthcare coverage. I participate in mock inbound sales calls to develop expertise in consultative selling, needs assessments, and lead conversion. Additionally, I help lead a plan bidding project as Chief Marketing Officer, gaining exposure to insurance strategy, innovation, and leadership best practices. My team placed 1st in our end of internship Capstone presentation on social determinants of health which consisted of a presentation and Q&A session with 100+ audience members.
