I was responsible for managing the relationship with current doctors and rejuvenating contact with inactive doctors on the database. I had to ensure the availability I obtained was accurate and any additional requirements were fully understood to match up to the locum opportunities coming available. The second part of my role involved providing excellent services to clients in a dedicated area of the UK through building and maintaining long term relationships and placing the doctors into locum positions.
