Implemented the University’s first talent management software solution. Developed a program to deliver training to individual users, and groups of up to 250 employees and managers adverse to change. Collaborated with all medical center and university departments to drive the conversion from a paper-based performance review process to a fully automated, online, and measurable annual performance review program in anticipation of implementing a merit-based incentive program; Year-one participation included 8,000 employees. Managed multiple projects including mandatory in-service education for over 10,000 medical center employees to maintain joint commission accreditation, enterprise-wide diversity and inclusion education, and an online new-hire orientation program for the largest employer in Rochester.

Lead on the Leave Administration Team, responsible for coordinating the status and payment of employees on short-term disability. Created and maintained documentation/materials and facilitated changes to the HRMS including the testing of updates to ensure accuracy and reduce downtime and disruption. Primary contact for outside auditors and third-party vendors responsible for disability and workers’ compensation claim processing, automating processes to eliminate errors in manual processing of complex union benefits.
