Kelly is the Programming and Innovation Officer at Epoch Education, bringing over 25 years of facilitation and community education experience to her role. In collaboration with the consultant team, she manages the development and implementation of Epoch Education’s RIR Protocol-based training tools and programs. As a facilitator herself, she specializes in group and individual coaching with an emphasis on leadership. Kelly’s experiences as a patient advocate (Women’s Health Clinic), services/outreach coordinator (Alternatives for Girls), and community education coordinator (Planned Parenthood) have all shaped her into the leader she is today. Her various roles have all required leading honest dialogue about difficult or uncomfortable topics. Much of her early career was focused on gender equity which has expanded into an intersectional equity lens with a strong focus on race.
