Current-Develop, organize, and edit technical documents such as procedures, compliance manuals, and training modules in adherence to DOT/PHSMA regulations for pipeline operators.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and designers, to gather information and ensure technical accuracy in documentation.-Conduct proofreading and editing of documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to established standards.-Utilize graphic design skills to create brochures for pipeline safety public awareness campaigns and develop visual assets for PipeSuite's website.-Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, brainstorming creative ideas for blog posts, and writing compelling content that aligns with company's brand voice and messaging.-Collaborate with marketing team to ensure that blog content supports our overall content strategy and marketing objectives.-Manage projects by defining goals, developing comprehensive project plans, and overseeing timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.-Provide audit assistance to clients by aiding in the preparation for annual audits, including supplying pre-completed audit preparation forms.
