In my first role in the food and service industry, I ensured excellent customer service daily including offering recommendations and coordinating future orders. I also learned how to maintain best practices while learning the intricacies of the industry.

Acting as a Project Manager with Ancillare was my first dive into Clinical Research! Certainly a different breed of project management where it was imperative to learn as much as possible in a short time. Servicing a wide range of therapeutic areas, I worked with study teams to coordinate inventory, shipments, and budgets worldwide for more than a dozen clinical trials at all phases.

As an Associate Project Manager, I am required to manage multiple small-midscale projects concurrently. I am responsible for the effective and efficient execution of projects through setting and communicating deadlines, acquiring resources, monitoring and summarizing project progress.

I am responsible for the effective and efficient execution of Learning & Development and Organizational Development projects. This is accomplished by creating, implementing and reporting on project plans, managing professional communications, acquiring resources, and coordinating the efforts of team members.
